4 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup unroasted wheat germ

3/4 cup canola oil

1 table spoon vanilla

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 walnuts

Heat oil for one minute then add vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients

Coat dry ingredients with heated oil and vanilla

Heat all coated ingredients in microwave for two minutes and then spir

Repeat two more times

Let cool and then eat with low fat milk
